What is it that makes the creators of things hate themselves and their creations on a regular basis? It's that creativity bug that makes us all, at one time or another, self-promoters. How are you going to walk the fine line between making something that people want to read and partake in and making sure that people know that it's currently available to them! It's a fine line. But a friend recently brought up a very interesting point to me. His point was that most people who don't create things are going to see someone creating things on a regular basis and think that there is something wrong with them. There is a natural thing that goes on with a lot of people that when they see someone doing something, they feel that they are doing it. It's called mirror neurons. That is the same reason that when someone is creating something, people risking something. Even if that something may not be completed or perfect, they do it.
I am a person who loves creators. And I wanted to do something about it. That's why, with the help of Teespring, I'm creating the "Creators Gonna Create" t-shirt. I have brought the price down to next to nothing so that people can buy it and that it can get made. Teespring, for those of you who don't know, is a place where people can crowdfund a shirt. If it doesn't get bought within the next seven days, it doesn't get made. If it gets purchased within the next seven days, then it's made and it will start to get out there into the world. As soon as I can, i'm going to buy mine. Creators Unite!!! Creators Gonna Create! Thanks Tom!!!
